Abstract

By following the guidelines in Chapter 5, you have been getting as much information as possible from your customer, but in the blind and silent world of government procurement, you also have to get intelligence from other sources. This intelligence-gathering process will enable you to bring something valuable to your customer as well, helping to make it a mutually beneficial relationship. Let’s discuss how to get information like a pro researcher to position yourself with your customer and prepare to nail your proposal in style.
