Peering into Ourselves: Critical Rellections on Peer Learning

Abstract

We have been engaged, with two others, for the last four years in a peer learning partnership. We are exploring the question of how we learn to learn together. In this paper, we reflect on the process in which we have been engaged and discuss questions that have arisen for us, as we have critiqued our own practice. Specifically we inquire into the systemic nature of our peer learning process. We discuss insights we have discerned from our experiences together and the implications, as a work-in-progress, for further critical subjective inquiry, within a critical reflective systems paradigm.
