Abstract

Conclusion The author has argued that the HPAO approach is suitable for organizations taking a middle point style between the strict pyramid-style and the loose network-style. It has also been argued that organizational culture is possible to be expressed partially using a descriptive model composed of a pair of main statements and example statements. Furthermore, action research has been applied to a certain Japanese firm and the validity and possibility of the new proposals have been examined.
