Abstract

In this section, we will review the ideal teams, organization, and country depending on our Hormonal Quotient® (HQ). Look into the influence of hormones on entrepreneurship and leadership and analyze the leadership style for each Hormonal Quotient® (HQ) profile. We will share strategies to recruit, motivate, and lead teams. Successful leaders agreed to share their secrets for building winning teams.
