Abstract

So far, we illustrate the suitability of the MERge model for the public sector, industry, and the academia. Based on our arguments related to the suitability of the MERge model for these sectors, the question that should be asked is: how can practitioners in these sectors be prepared for the implementation of the MERge model? To answer this question, in this chapter, we present possible implications of the MERge model for academic and industrial training.
