Abstract

In this Chapter, we improved and modified the simulation model in Chap. 3 . In the simulation, we considered the specific and special characteristics of study area’s economy and social state in terms of sustained economic growth rate, financial subordination relations, and regional environmental policies, which are different with the model of Japan. Besides these, we introduced two different advanced technologies from Japan and China to the study area through simulation with integrated policies and carried out regional analysis and allocation for two technologies. The chosen integrated policies in Chap. 4 are introduced as endogenous variables in the model in order to do comprehensive evaluation of environmental policies with advanced technologies for effective utilization of stockbreeding wastes.
