Abstract

This study is based on the understanding that Corporate Education in public organizations contributes to the development of intrapreneurial skills and competencies in employees and, consequently, reflects on the modernization and development of the activities carried out, with the general objective of understanding how Corporate Education at the State University of Santa Cruz (UESC) contributes to the development of intrapreneurial skills and competencies in employees and, consequently, reflects on the modernization and development of the activities carried out. This is research that used a qualitative approach and case study strategy. The data collection techniques used were the application of online questionnaires developed in Google Docs, document analysis, collection of statements, and observations in three continuing training courses, in addition to holding an internal online seminar. The data were analyzed through content analysis and allow us to affirm that the CE carried out at UESC, through the continued training of university analysts, not only contributes to the development of intrapreneurial characteristics in the personal and professional aspects but also meets the demands of public management and modernization of the university.
