Abstract

Advisory consulting is a good application for virtual consulting products, as only limited and well-structured communication between client and consultant is required. In this paper we describe the design and development of a tool to create virtual expert assessments in basically arbitrary areas of expertise. We also report on its first practical usage in the area of assessing the quality of project management at clients.
