Abstract

A lot of companies work in traditional separation of professional disciplines, also Siemens. Experts define their role by being part and fulfilling the defined pattern of this discipline. The stuffed project teams are a mix of professional disciplines. But why is your original discipline the key differentiation factor? Why not look for tool and method-driven role expertise and combine it in teams with different relevant roles for a project? What happens if you change from a disciplined view to a role-defined perspective of expert impact? What happens if we stuff agile projects in an agile manor? Which role plays design thinking for it? Find it out in the following description of a new working culture at Siemens.
