Abstract

We have learnt what is the role of project manager and project team members in a project and how the project manager takes actions for the project depends on the personal characteristics. In this chapter, we will discuss about cognitive intelligence and various cognitive skills needed for successful execution of projects. Project managers need sharp cognitive skills to think, learn, and solve problems. The chapter will cover topics on: (a) analytical skills, (b) problem-solving, (c) critical thinking skills, and (d) creative skills.
