Abstract

What are the key HR challenges that organizations typically face today and what are the various people and talent analytics responses that are recommended for organizations deploying and integrating into their HR delivery model? Organizational agility has become critical to enable organizations to respond fast to both “business as usual” situations such as differential pay allocations, process optimization, performance management and workforce planning as well as to “unique one-off events” such as transformation, restructuring or organization design interventions with razor sharp analytics solutions that enable agile and robust decision-making in real time. For this to be sustainable, a suitable eco-system needs to be put in place with the right capabilities supported by relevant technologies and infrastructure.
