Abstract

When the Siensol Environment Protection Industry Group Co., Ltd. (Siensol Group) was established in 2017, its Chairman and General Manager Jianmin Hu proposed to pursue business development aggressively and “pay attention to team building.” At the end of 2018, the company began to plan and design “the systematic construction of talent management”, Based on an analysis of the development situation and its strategic orientation, a management competency model was built, starting with an organizational and talent inventory. From this starting point, the company drew a talent map, built a powerful engine, tried to motivate and empower internal competition, began a talent pool, and established a dynamic talent management system, all of which laid the foundation for the company’s future strategic development.
