Abstract

In this chapter, we literally dissect likes, dislikes, and variations in the perception of taste, via the coffee, Red Bull, and iceDate stories. We identify user benefits for Dyson major innovations and kill the legend pretending needs can be created. A sneak peek on the Future of Shopping thanks to Al-Futtaim Malls and Pepper.com will help get a consolidated view on new retail techniques, including social robots.
