Abstract

Many companies are faced with the question of what adjustments they need to make to ensure they are fit for the future, or even to become fit for the future. The rapid evolution of technologies and business models means that today’s markets are more dynamic than ever before. Disruption has turned many previously unknown players into sector market leaders within just a few years. On the other hand, new generations are moving into management positions who want to make their company fit for the future from the inside out. This means that adaptive managed services are seen as a driver for rapid change in the way work is done, while at the same time making it easier to attract talent as an attractive employer. Whatever the challenge, this is where the question arises as to whether it is worth investing in adaptive methods for your company.
