Abstract

Zusammenfassung What service providers call business continuity management (BCM) their customers often call service continuity management: avoiding unexpected disruptions and ensuring the availability of critical services at all times. If disaster strikes, strategies and procedures should be in place to ensure that these services can still be accessed and used. The first question is: how exactly do you ensure the continued availability of key services?
