Abstract

This chapter summarises the key themes of the book. Türkiye is, in many ways, a bridge: between Europe and Asia, between thousands of years of history and modernity, and between powerful trends and equally powerful cycles. These characteristics shape the country’s real estate markets. Understanding Türkiye’s unique position is essential for identifying and seizing these opportunities. Nevertheless, these opportunities are inextricably linked to certain risks. This chapter also shows that only a multidisciplinary approach can really help understand the real estate market, and this requires not only practical experience but also analytical and academic excellence.
