Abstract

Project management maturity serves as an indirect indicator of overall organizational maturity, reflecting how well strategic objectives align with project execution. Due to organizational diversity, multi-dimensional approaches are needed to measure maturity effectively. Custom models offer more relevance than standardized ones by aligning with specific contexts and goals. Future developments point toward AI-driven assessments, digital integration, and real-time maturity evaluation.
