Abstract

At the April 2024 Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Talent Conference and Expo, Elliot Masie, recognized as the first analyst to use the term “eLearning” and an active explorer of combining AI with human intelligence for talent and learning, told attendees, “HR is at the crossroads of talent, smart technology and learning. Crossroads means you have to prepare for breaking the rules, changing the functions and being surprised.”
