Abstract

You have already successfully mastered many (IT) projects or you already managed a SAP R/3 implementation many years ago, and you believed to be prepared for everything—until you received the order to implement the new S/4HANA platform of SAP, which has turned everything upside down. What makes SAP projects so different, and what does the path to SAP S/4HANA look like? This is what we want to show to you in this chapter.
