Abstract

Germany | Dr. Eduardo Oliveira studies place branding and spatial planning processes, and the embedding of both in governance. His current research focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of place branding as a strategic spatial planning instrument in supporting the social and economic development of urban regions, while assessing its effect on environmental sustainability. His works have been published in several academic journals and books.
