Abstract

This chapter deals with case studies in relation to human relationships, personal feelings, reflection and development in the area of diversity implementation. Through examples drawn from her experience as a professional in international diversity management implementation, lecturer of diversity management and process worker/Deep Democracy practitioner, she highlights the importance of empowering people to recognise and deal with their feelings, privileges and the ever-changing power structures they partake in.
