Abstract

This chapter will discuss diversity and inclusion (D&I) from an international business perspective, looking at how large organisations work in various international settings, and explore how organisations embed their diversity and inclusion principles in international settings and countries where local views on certain elements of diversity can be different from those of the organisation. He will explore how managing an international workforce works in practical terms and how this raises both challenges and opportunities for a business, with a view to see how we can work towards creating truly diverse and inclusive international workplaces of the future and manage the challenges and opportunities this brings.
