Abstract

In the modern society, oil, natural gas and other energy resources not only have an irreplaceable position in the national production, life and economic production, but also are related to the lifeblood of the national military. Whether the source of energy is safe is directly related to the stability of the national economy and national security. The conflict between Russia and Ukraine in 2022 not only has a huge impact on energy exporters and importers, but even affects the energy pattern of the world. Even the response measures of the United States and the European Union to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine cannot effectively solve the energy crisis caused by the conflict between Russia and Ukraine in Europe in the short term. The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has not only uncovered the problem of high demand for foreign energy and a single source of imports, but also sounded the alarm to China’s energy problems. China must improve the current energy level of high dependence on foreign energy, import sources are not rich enough. To change this situation, we must work hard through many aspects.
