A Guide to Decentralized High-Frequency Trading Infrastructure

Abstract

This paper demonstrates how users can build their own high-frequency trading systems interacting with decentralized protocols. While we apply this setup to practical arbitrage trading, the infrastructure set up can be customized to implement any type of decentralized high-frequency trading strategy. Examples discussed include arbitrage, on-chain yield farming, decentralized market-making, and unstaking strategies. The paper outlines a technical framework for building secure high-frequency trading systems that empower traders to operate effectively within a decentralized market environment.
