Abstract

The Preference Ranking Organization METHod for Enrichment of Evaluations (PROMETHEE) methods Preference Ranking Organization METHod for Enrichment of Evaluations (PROMETHEE) methods PROMETHEE I method was first introduced by Brans, Vincke, and Mareschal in 1986 (Brans and De Smet in Multiple criteria decision analysis, Springer, New York, 2016 [25]; Brans and Mareschal in Multiple criteria decision analysis: state of the art surveys, Springer, New York, pp. 163–186, 2005 [26]; Greco et al. in Multiple criteria decision analysis, 2016 [27]) which has been widely used so far. As the name indicates, the providers of this technique have sought to find a basic solution to improve decision-making evaluation. Therefore, it is recognized as an efficient method. The PROMETHEE I method only examines the obtained output and input flows and ranks alternatives partially.
