Abstract

This concluding chapter of the volume proposes an integrative framework for building organizations fit for the AI era and envisions the trajectory of business model evolution in an economy increasingly organized around algorithmic intelligence. The chapter synthesizes the theoretical arguments developed across the four preceding parts, translates them into a coherent organizational design model, and situates that model within a forward-looking analysis of the competitive, institutional, and social dynamics that will shape the intelligent enterprise of the coming decades. It concludes by envisioning the intelligent enterprise not as a replacement for human agency but as a socio-technical system in which algorithms and people co-evolve toward forms of value creation that are simultaneously technologically advanced, human-centered, and globally responsible.
