Abstract

Youth entrepreneurs encounter challenges. Among them, investors, customers, and suppliers do not trust them, they are not financially included, they do not have leadership, managerial, and marketing skills and so on. These challenges apparently suggest that the external forces such as governmental organizations, non-governmental organizations, educational institutes, mentors, and other external individuals can fix them. This chapter elaborates even though the external forces are instrumental in strengthening the youth entrepreneurship, but what is required is to strengthen the internal forces of the youth entrepreneur to be stronger in dealing with the processes of the entrepreneurial journey from entrepreneurial mindset to entrepreneurial outcome.
