Abstract

In the complex ecosystem of business, research and development (R&D), production, and sales form a complete chain that takes a product from concept to the realization of its commercial value. These three links are tightly interwoven, mutually dependent, and collectively determine the success of a business as well as the lifecycle of a company. However, entrepreneurs with different backgrounds and experiences exhibit significant variations in their depth of understanding, resource allocation, and control over these three core segments, which directly affects their entrepreneurial paths and likelihood of success.
