Abstract

This chapter focuses on the problems of developing agribusiness management systems at various levels. Sustainable development of the agricultural sector is one of the priority strategic tasks of countries. Extensive ways to improve the efficiency of agricultural production have almost exhausted themselves. Since it is impossible to increase the number of required natural resources, including land. An integrated approach can increase productivity in the agricultural sector of the economy. This approach is implemented at the level of public policy and digitalization of management and production processes. The main research issues are related to (1) determining the direction of the impact of digital platforms and local software solutions on the efficiency of scenario planning and product development, (2) improving the financial and economic indicators of agricultural enterprises, and (3) reducing the consequences of systemic risks. Ensure an increase in the turnover of food and raw materials. An integrated approach can increase productivity in the agricultural sector of the economy. This approach is implemented at the level of public policy and digitalization of management and production processes. The main research issues are related to (1) determining the direction of digital platform impact and local software solutions on the efficiency of scenario planning and product development, (2) improving the financial and economic indicators of agricultural enterprises, and (3) reducing the consequences of systemic risks. The principal methodology is the analysis and modeling of the economic processes of AIC. We described approaches to the positive impact of the digital environment on agribusiness. The effect of digitization of AIC should involve financial and investment mechanisms, changes in personnel policy, and scientific cooperation. The main result of the study is the model of production digitalization, which can be implemented in industry enterprises.
