Abstract

It is now a matter of putting the individual building blocks together and anchoring resilience in the company in a comprehensive way. The most important tool here will be the resilience dashboard, an application that provides companies with information about their resilience capability continuously and assesses current and future threats. This will enable company managers to take measures whenever necessary, to assess their impact, and to provide information to stakeholders inside and outside the company. The resilience dashboard represents just a first step in the rapid development toward self-driving organizations.
