Abstract

In this chapter, we present an integrated and commented overview of the conclusions from the various contributions in the book and interpret it within the book’s framework. The aim here is to give the readers a condensed and easily readable overview which hopefully animates the reader to go back to the detailed cases from the public and private sector or to the chapter on the book’s framing and on fundamental preconditions and leadership concepts in order to explore more and to reflect if and to which extent the conclusions might be helpful for their own work and thought process.
