Abstract

The Netherlands | Paul Peeters is a Professor at the Centre for Sustainability, Tourism and Transport (CSTT) of Breda University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands. His publications cover a wide range of topics, including climate scenarios, system dynamic approaches to tourism research and modelling, air transport, tourism transport mode choice, modal shift, policymaking, tourism climate mitigation and adaptation policies, as well as transport technological developments. He has written reports and advised several UN bodies like ICAO, UNEP, UNFCCC, the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Dutch government and parliament, and several NGOs.
