Abstract

Switzerland | Alexandra Pastollnigg is the Founder of Fair Voyage, an online sustainable travel agency for socially and environmentally responsible trips. Making a stand for more ethics in tourism, Alexandra has been serving as a non-profit board member, advisor, speaker, guest lecturer, and awards judge in the field of sustainable tourism. Before venturing into tourism and social entrepreneurship, Alexandra gained over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. She also authored the book Kilimanjaro Uncovered and cycled 11,000 km+ from Cairo to Cape Town, all the way through Africa. Alexandra holds a Master of Finance from The University of Hong Kong. She has lived in nine countries and speaks five languages. Originally from Austria, Alexandra is now at home near Zurich, Switzerland, and enjoys the Swiss lakes and mountains to regenerate.
