Abstract

Once again, the Three-Pillar Model has been confirmed, from various perspectives and practical applications. Our thanks go to the authors who, on our common journey, have shown how the model can be applied to urgent challenges, to professional practice, to their consulting and development concepts. They have demonstrated this in impressive ways in different contexts such as in companies, in the university, in the church and in the cultural sector.
