Abstract

In this chapter, we describe how a digital transformationDigital Transformation Business should be initiated. To do this, we will briefly summarize the overall transformation model that we recommend, and then explain how to achieve buy-in and support for the transformation while simultaneously understanding your starting point and identifying potential changes that could be made. We will complete this chapter by recommending a governance structure which is an essential underpinning for this transformation model.
