A Student-Run Business as a Construct for Entrepreneurship Education: Presenting the Exploratory Case Study “Culinary Coffee”

Abstract

Management education with focus on entrepreneurship and innovation is becoming more important in an ever-increasing competitive business environment. In this chapter, we first analyze so-called student-run businesses as a construct for experiential learning in the field of entrepreneurship education. In the second part, we reflect on 6 years of experience in setting up and managing a student-run business, legally incorporated as a cooperative.
