Good CSRCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices encompasses elimination of discrimination and abuseAbuse at work place. EmployeesEmployees are a form of stakeholderStakeholder demand for CSRCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) . The chapter reviews labour managementManagement issues in MarangeMarange DiamondDiamond Mines. The mines were centre for illegal miningIllegal mining , human rightsHuman rights abuses and unfair labour practices. There is need of labour lawsLaws to protect workers and fight the abuseAbuse of employee rights. Workers need knowledge and awareness of their rights so that they can demand CSRCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) . Firms that satisfy employee demand for CSRCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) benefit from increased worker loyalty, morale, and productivity. Strong labour institutions are required to ensure that employee codes, practices and lawsLaws are not violated by employers.
