Abstract

Economic transformations in the agricultural sector of the Russian Federation are aimed at the development and formation of civilized market relations and creation of conditions for effective functioning of transformational and transactional production factors, including the information and analytical factor. Formation of large holding companies is one of the trends of the integration process in the agricultural sector. Assessment and forecasting of economic growth of integrated agro-industrial enterprises are only possible on the basis of reliable information on financial and economic activities of such associations. The article presents theoretical, methodological and methodical approaches to formation of informational and analytical basis of evaluation system, effective management and control of integrated agro-industrial enterprises on the basis of consolidated financial accounting.
