Abstract

With the advancement of urbanization, high-rise buildings continue to emerge, which to some extent promotes the vigorous development of the construction industry, but at the same time brings great risk problems. Compared to ordinary buildings, high-rise buildings have complex spatial structures, multiple construction processes, and high-altitude operations. These characteristics not only bring severe difficulties to construction, but also pose great safety risks during the construction process. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out risk management for high-rise building construction. This article takes a high-rise building project in a certain city as an example to analyze the construction risk factors, evaluate the risk factors through the Analytic Hierarchy Process, and propose corresponding control measures.
