Abstract

In 1973, the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) [lak]Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) selected solar energySolar energy research as the development theme for the Large-Scale ProjectLarge-scale project System. The decision by MITI to adopt this theme was based on the importance of new energyNew energy technologies. This decision was the first step in setting up the Sunshine ProjectSunshine Project.
