Abstract
The SAKTI is an application that is used by work units as a supporting media in the implementation of State Treasury and Budget System (SPAN), facilitating financial management processes ranging from planning to budget accountability reporting. This study is intended to identify factors that influence the success of the SAKTI by applying the DeLone and McLean information system success model to measure the success of the SAKTI. The variables used in this research model consist of six components, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The population of this study were users of the SAKTI in work units within the scope of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of West Java Province with a sample size of 124 employees, and data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis of data was conducted using a component-based structural equation model or what is called PLS. The study’s results indicated that out of 9 hypotheses, 6 were accepted and 3 others were rejected. The Directorate General of Treasury is expected to improve the quality of the system and services, and pay attention to the quality of information to support the successful implementation of SAKTI. A comprehensive evaluation of server capacity and network architecture is needed, increasing user convenience in contacting technical support or help services, and redesigning the data entry mechanism with a simpler, lighter, and more efficient approach.
