Abstract

With the rapid advancement of information technology, digital transformation has become an imperative for enterprises seeking to enhance their core competitiveness. As a critical organizational function, human resource management is undergoing profound changes driven by digitalization. This study systematically analyzes the impact mechanisms of digital transformation on human resource management effectiveness from two dimensions: technology application and organizational change. The research focuses on examining the practical applications and outcomes of digital technologies in core business areas including recruitment, training and development, and employee relations management. The findings reveal that the introduction of automated tools and intelligent systems has effectively replaced traditional repetitive administrative tasks, simultaneously improved management efficiency while significantly enhancing the scientific rigor and precision of human resource decision-making. However, while digital transformation brings improvements in management effectiveness, it also presents new managerial challenges including employee technology adaptation, data security and privacy protection, and system integration. Based on these research findings, this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and recommendations, aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical references for enterprises to optimize their human resource digital transformation pathways and achieve sustained improvements in management effectiveness.
