Abstract

Against the background of the continuous advancement of the global sustainable development agenda and the accelerated implementation of the “ dual carbon” goal, green finance, as a key link between ecological environment protection and economic and social development, its development level directly affects the process and quality of green transformation. Therefore, it is particularly important to explore the key factors affecting the development of green finance and its internal relationship. This paper selects different subjects ( including enterprises, commercial banks, central banks and regulatory agencies) as the object of case analysis. Based on the Grounded Theory analysis method, this paper integrates the resource factor on the basis of the TOE framework, constructs a comprehensive model of TOE-R, deeply analyzes the impact of the four dimensions of technology, organization, environment and resources on the development of green finance, and specifically discusses the influencing factors under each dimension. The study found that a single factor is not enough to have a significant impact on the development of green finance. Among the four dimensions, the key factors that account for the largest number are ‘Technology research and development and application’ in the technical dimension, ‘Management system construction’ in the organizational dimension, ‘The development and trend of the market’ in the environmental dimension, and ‘R&D environment creation and investment’ in the resource dimension. In the overall data analysis, the environmental dimension accounts for the largest number, accounting for 40.66%. Among all the elements, the ‘The development and trend of the market’ of the environmental dimension accounts for 11.27% of the total, which plays a vital role in promoting the development of enterprise green finance.
