Study on Safety Management of Ships at Anchorage in the River Section of Three Gorges Hub during the Main Flood Season

Abstract

This paper combines the environmental characteristics of the anchorage in the river section of the Three Gorges Hub during the main flood season and the status quo of the anchorage operation and management at the present stage, analyzes the factors affecting the safety risk of the anchorage ship during the main flood season in a systematic way according to the four elements of man, machine, environment and management, and puts forward the safety management countermeasures in a targeted manner, in order to provide reference for guaranteeing the safety of the ships waiting for the anchorage in the river section of the Three Gorges Hub during the main flood season.
