Abstract

With the promotion of global sustainable development concept, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has gradually become one of the key strategies for enterprise development in today’s business environment. Enterprises should not only pay attention to economic benefits, but also assume social and environmental responsibilities to achieve long-term sustainable development. However, some enterprises still have some problems in social responsibility management, such as over-focus on economic responsibility, weak awareness of legal responsibility, lack of market responsibility cognition, etc. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward the strategies of enhancing economic incentives, strengthening legal enforcement, increasing market guidance to promote enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities under the framework of sustainable development, enhance their social image and market competitiveness, and provide theoretical support and practical reference for enterprises and policy makers.
