Abstract

This study explores the contribution of financial, human, and organizational factors to organizational resilience and performance within the construction sector’s supply chain management (SCM). Using a qualitative meta-analysis of ten peer-reviewed articles published between 2018 and 2025, the research highlights how financial strength, skilled workforce, agile structures, and digital technologies foster resilience. Resilience is shown to mediate the relationship between these factors and organizational performance, with profitability serving as both an outcome and an indicator. The conceptual model developed offers a framework for future empirical validation and strategic decision-making in high-uncertainty environments.
