Abstract

This study investigated the physiological mechanism of the stress-reducing effect of tea culture immersion experience (tea mountain hiking, tea-making observation and tea tasting) on tourists in Jingmai Mountain. The HRV dynamic monitoring technique was used to compare and analyze the differences in autonomic function between tourists’ tea tour activities and daily life.
