Impact Mechanism of Clean Energy Technology Innovation on Carbon Emission Intensity

Abstract

This paper studies the influence mechanism of clean energy technology innovation on carbon intensity. It uses local and spillover path to investigate China’s clean energy technology innovation and carbon emission intensity. It indicates three influencing paths: direct spillover path, spatial spillover path and indirect network spillover path. This study provides theoretical basis for promoting carbon reduction by regional clean energy development.
