Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of exogenous financing on the operational performance of strategic emerging industries in the Yangtze River Delta region. It is found that endogenous funds, equity financing, and company size have a significant positive impact on business performance, while bank credit and government subsidies show no significant impact, and company age is negatively correlated with business performance. Current financing issues include insufficient bank credit support, limited government support, an imperfect capital market, and underdeveloped venture capital. It is recommended to optimize the bank credit system, enhance the efficiency of government support, improve the development of the capital market, and promote venture capital growth to improve financing performance.
