Abstract

This study focuses on digital government governance under the data-driven administrative framework in the digital age, analyzing challenges such as technological risks and limitations of the traditional decision-making model, while exploring its advantages in improving governance efficiency, promoting administrative effectiveness and fostering democratic participation. Strategies are proposed to establish scientific intelligent decision-making concepts, optimize top-level design for administrative intelligence, and strengthen data governance systems to provide theoretical foundations and practical pathways for advancing digital government governance.
